PG Trajectory

PGTrajectory is a dedicated data model for storing and manipulating spatiotemporal point and region trajectories in relational databases. Along with the basic trajectory constructor and accessor functions, this PostgreSQL/PostGIS based extension provides various cooccurrence significance measures functions such as Jaccard, OMAX and J* for region trajectoires as well as distance measures functions such as Edit Distance and Euclidean Distance for both point and region trajectories. These functions are useful tools for knowledge discovery in spatiotemporal trajectories such as clustering, nearest neighbor classification and outlier detection. List of functions, installation guidelines, version compatibility and PL/pgSQL codes of the functions can be found in the following webpage. http://pgtrajectory.dmlab.cs.gsu.edu/
