Yang Chen

Yang Chen is currently a Ph.D student working with Dr. Rafal A. Angryk at the Department of Computer Science, Georgia State University. His research interests are centered around Machine Learning and Big Data Mining. As a member of the GSU Data Mining Laboratory (DMLab), he is currently working on synthetic multivariate time series generation, more specifically, using generative adversarial neural network to generate flares of minority classes and applying the generated data in flare forecasting tasks.
